A 4-Week Virtual Journey of Healing, Balance & Empowerment
Menopause is more than just a phase, it’s a powerful transition into a new stage of life. Empowered Transitions is a 4-week virtual yoga therapy series designed specifically for Black women navigating the physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts of menopause. This journey is about honoring your body, reclaiming your vitality, and embracing this transformation with confidence and self-care.

Sessions are 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, mudras (hand gestures for healing) 🖐🏾, and mindfulness, we’ll explore tools to ease menopausal symptoms such as:
🔥 Hot flashes & night sweats – Cooling breath techniques
😔 Mood swings & stress – Calming meditation and relaxation practices
😴 Fatigue & sleep disturbances – Restorative yoga and breathwork
