Prenatal Yoga Therapy
Own your power, maintain a healthy mind & body:)
What is Prenatal Yoga Therapy?
Prenatal yoga therapy is a holistic, individualized approach that supports the physical, emotional, and energetic needs of a pregnant person through the lens of yoga. Unlike general prenatal yoga classes, yoga therapy is tailored to the client’s specific experiences, including discomfort, anxiety, trauma, or medical conditions. It integrates gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, and lifestyle guidance grounded in yoga philosophy.
As a doula, incorporating prenatal yoga therapy into my care means helping clients reconnect with their bodies, manage stress, prepare for labor, and feel empowered through self-awareness. It meets them exactly where they are physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It also supports the full spectrum of pregnancy and postpartum experiences.
