Our 90-minute 1:1 Yoga Therapy sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Each session begins with a full assessment of your goals, needs, physical limitations, and any social, emotional, or environmental concerns that may be affecting your well-being.
You’ll receive personalized yoga instruction that’s tailored specifically to you, with tools to help manage anxiety, reduce chronic pain, and support long-term healing. Together, we’ll co-create a plan that supports where you are now, what you're processing from the past, and where you envision yourself going.
For in-person clients, sessions may include gentle hands-on bodywork to deepen nervous system regulation and restore balance.
Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or looking to go deeper, these individualized sessions offer a grounded, therapeutic approach to holistic wellness.

$85/hour
Includes 60 minutes of yoga centered to meet the specific needs/goals of the individual(s).
Receive personalized yoga instruction customized to your needs. We will discuss and develop a plan to accomplish your unique goals.
Yoga sessions will provide you with an opportunity to manage your anxiety and any type of chronic pain.
Take an opportunity to dedicate time to yourself and schedule a weekly yoga session.

Couples Yoga Therapy session
$150 hour per couple

Our Couples Yoga Therapy session is a guided experience designed to support emotional connection, communication, and shared healing through breath, movement, and mindfulness. Whether you're navigating stress, life transitions, or simply looking to deepen your bond, this session offers a safe space to explore your relationship through a therapeutic lens.
Using gentle partner-assisted postures, breathwork, and intentional dialogue, couples learn to:
Build trust and presence with one another
Release physical and emotional tension
Increase communication and trust—verbally, nonverbally, and through vulnerability
Develop mindful, heart-centered communication
Cultivate deeper intimacy and compassion
