We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your goals, needs, physical abilities, and any social, emotional, or environmental factors impacting your well-being. From there, we create a personalized plan that integrates breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and relaxation techniques to support your healing journey.

Our 1:1 Yoga Therapy sessions offer 60 minutes of individualized, therapeutic care tailored to your specific needs and wellness goals. Rooted in evidence-based yoga practices, each session integrates breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and relaxation techniques to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

In your personalized yoga therapy plan, we may focus on:
